Practice Interviews
After working hard to land an interview, the last thing you want to think about is working hard to prepare for it. But the truth is, thorough preparation is essential to interview success. Interviewing tips and sample questions will help you prepare, but, in addition to reading advice, you really need to practice. There are two types of practice interviews we offer. The first is a mock interview and the second is a virtual interview.
Person-to-Person Mock Interview
Practice interviewing with a member of our staff to get valuable feedback and coaching on your performance
What Is a Mock Interview?
- A 30-minute interview session in person with a Career Center volunteer or staff member.
- A 30-minute feedback session where you receive suggestions and ask questions about your performance.
How Do I Schedule a Mock Interview?
- To schedule a mock interview, please contact Brenda Porter at 348-8224.
